Honestly do not know. Still trying to figure that out lol . My stomach isn’t completely flat but when I’m eating right and drinking lots of water my stomach is more “flat”.

It means starting weight. Just a side note to not just this anon but to everyone who follows me : I am not a thinspo blog. I used to be a very long time ago but i’ve learned how triggering that is for others. I’m strictly a health and fitness blog now.
•Drink a lot of WATER
•No excessive junk food (cheat days are always welcome though)
•Have accountability (let’s be real you’re more likely to go on a crazy binge when you’re alone)
•Always have a plan with goals, if you don’t have any goals it’s hard to keep up with what you want. Also, write them down! You’re more likely to reach that goal of its down on paper. :)
Since you’re a teenager like me, you shouldn’t really count your calories. You could eat in 1200 cal restricted zone and not lose weight, and you could eat 2000 calories and lose weight. Sometimes tracking calories doesn’t really help. You should eat small portions of food throughout the day instead for start :’)
I saw results on the scale almost instantly. I thought it was a joke at first because for years the number always went up but it was going down for once! Then I starting to see the results on my body after 20 pounds down, the first area was my face that slimmed down a lot. Then other people noticed at 40 pounds haha.

Thank you! Definitely start with a plan! Set goals for yourself; realistic goals! That will always get you far into your journey. If you don’t already have someone who can keep you accountable, please find a person that will encourage you and lift you the entire time. If you absolutely do not have anyone, just remember I’m always here for you! 💗

Unfortunately we can’t spot reduce, but if you have plenty of cardiovascular exercise that can be a great way to slim down. Also genes can be another factor to why you have extra fat on your lower stomach area.
